About KICK ASS SENIORS

Founded by 81 year old Fred Fuster, "Kick ass Seniors" is a community with a mission to inspire, motivate, nudge, and guide seniors over age 65 to start dreaming again.

We must participate in life to whatever degree you desire.

Do not allow “I can’t“ to stop you. Control your mind. Do not let it control you. No Walls of resistance allowed on this journey only limitless and unlimited potential. This is your film! Use choose the plot and how it ends. You are the hero here in this story.

Begin with the luxury of daydreaming. It’s easy think of your first love in love in life; where and when you met them; what they were wearing; what you said to each other. You will automatically go back to that experience in your Daydream. That is how we get to that Magical Place of transformation. From that place dreams are born. 

Focus on what you want to do no matter how impossible it may seem. Create detail; where, when etc. Let that be the fuel to fan the fire within yourself.

So what do I want?

Where do I begin?

1- activities I never engaged in but dreamed of doing; writing, jogging, Karaoke, kickboxing, poetry, gym, workouts, golf, painting, photography, skydiving, ETC.

2- activities, I participated in earlier life that I loved, but never found the time to return to them.

That’s a start!

Happiness is living with hope. Hope is fired by inspiration. Inspiration is Created by dreams. Dreams are Nutured by desire. Desire is birthed as Retaliation to the settling for feeling of being empty inside as we become passive Observers to life and not active participants. But we all must take that first step. We are here to guide you. Together we will have wonderful journey.
